The location is excellent for visiting Bastion of Santiago Museum, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms are disgusting.

Very friendly staff, especially Karla at the front desk. Maria, the cleaning lady, did an excellent job. Good location, close to downtown but in a quiet area. Varied buffet breakfast.

Everything is what I need and want.

Located right on the waterfront, a short walk from the Centro and the Pier. Large air-con room, very clean, free water coolers on every floor, beautiful views of the harbour and coast, helpful staff, locked basement parking. I stayed in the new section. Free WiFi in rooms.

Wifi dropped out frequently but fast when it worked. Basic breakfast, have to pay more for the buffet.
